I needed to inspect the top of my chimney for deterioration, but didn’t want to climb a ladder 30ft and risk my neck. What to do?
I remembered I have a long tree trimming extension pole and a GoPro that would pair nicely. I just needed a mount. Some quick measurements, a sketch to start working through it. I modeled it up in Fusion 360, printed the mount and a few short hours later, I attached the GoPro to the pole.
It worked like a charm and I got great visuals of the top of my chimney inspection.
